Please note, the maximum number of Guests mentioned in the Short Term Rental Agreement (listed in the photos) shall not exceed the number of Guests outlined in your booking confirmation. Please - No Fireworks allowed! No candles to be used inside the cottage. Fireplace in living room is not to be used. Guests are expected to be respectful of the home inside, outside and especially of our neighbors! No Smoking or Vaping inside the cottage. Must have a responsible adult at least 25 years old at property at all times. No pets allowed.
